Sources of the Info-ZIP kit ============================ Original archives (from SourceForge, project infozip), SHA-256 equal to the ones in the signed Debian source package descriptions (unzip_6.0-31.dsc, zip_3.0-16.dsc): unzip60.tar.gz 1,376,845 bytes 036d96991646d0449ed0aa952e4fbe21b476ce994abc276e49d30e686708bd37 zip30.tar.gz 1,118,845 bytes f0e8bb1f9b7eb0b01285495a2699df3a4b766784c1765a8f1aeedf63c0806369 Patches: the files UNZ_nn.PATCH and ZIP_nn.PATCH in [.PATCHES], unified diffs against the unpacked archives (patch -p1). 01-27 (UnZip) and 01-05 (Zip) are from Debian unzip 6.0-31 and zip 3.0-16 (security and robustness fixes, several written by Info-ZIP's own Steven M. Schweda); each file keeps its author's header. Number 90 in each series is ours: it marks the build as altered (Info-ZIP license section 3). PATCHES.TXT lists all of them. [.SRC.UNZIP60] and [.SRC.ZIP30] hold the sources as built: top-level files and the VMS directory only (the other systems' directories are not needed and not included). They are the archives with the patches applied; the assembler files (*.S) and testmake.zip were left out, and each text file got a final line end if it lacked one. The complete original archives and the host tools that made the bundles are in the Git repository vms-exploration (kits/infozip). Not applied on purpose: Debian's man page, Unix-only (unix/) and zipgrep patches, the Debian branding patch, and the build-date patch.
