Vim 9.2 for OpenVMS VAX -- where these files come from

Nothing in this kit was compiled or edited by us.  The programs and the runtime
files are the ones the Vim for OpenVMS maintainers publish (Polarhome), exactly as
supplied; this kit only wraps them in a BACKUP saveset with an installer and
an uninstaller.  Prepared by Douglas P. Fields, Jr. (symbolics@lisp.engineer).
