Replacing Key Switches

Preliminaries

1. Open the keyboard by removing six metal screws
2. Disconnect cable from PCB to case modular jack
3. Remove four screws (with washer and lock washer) holding keyboard in
4. Remove keycaps

The hard part

1. Desolder the one or two metal solder rivets on the bottom
2. Remove all the screws - about 33 of them from the bottom
3. Squeeze the metal V post things together - about 11 of them …
